Some interesting advice on taking B12 supplements and other nutrition al supplements vegans need. I had NO idea you need to chew B12 supplements or let them dissolve in your mouth!
I reckon with a B12 supplement like this (vegan AND chewable) and a good multivitamin that provides enough Vit D, iodine, calcium and the like, you're set!
As B12 is water-soluable and works a little differently to other B vitamins, there is no chance off overdosing on the vitamin.
